Hogyan készítsd el a vízkefírt? – Lépésről lépésre

Tegyél 1 liter szobahőmérsékletű, klórmentes vizet egy üvegedénybe.
Adj hozzá 4-5 evőkanál cukrot és keverd el, amíg feloldódik.
Tedd bele a kristálygombát, majd egy darab citromot és néhány aszalt gyümölcsöt (pl. mazsolát vagy aszalt fügét).
Fedd le légáteresztő ronggyal és hagyd szobahőmérsékleten (20–25 °C) 48–72 órát fermentálódni.
Szűrd le, töltsd palackba, és tedd hűtőbe. A kész italt 5 napon belül fogyaszd el.
A gombát öblítsd át és kezdd újra a folyamatot.

Mi a japán kristálygomba?

A japán kristálygomba (tibicos/vízkefír) egy természetes probiotikus kultúra, amely jótékony baktériumokat és élesztőgombákat tartalmaz. Fermentált italt készíthetünk belőle, ami támogatja az emésztést és az immunrendszert.

Mennyi ideig tart a fermentálás?

A fermentálás általában 48-72 órát vesz igénybe szobahőmérsékleten (20-25°C). Melegebb időben rövidebb, hidegebb időben hosszabb idő szükséges.

Hogyan tároljam a gombát?

A gomba szobahőmérsékleten, cukros vízben él a legjobban. Ha szünetet tartanál, hűtőben is tárolhatod 1-2 hétig cukros vízben. Utána kivéve a hűtőből újra el kell készíteni legalább egyszer, majd mehet vissza újra a hűtőbe, ha tovább szeretnéd pihentetni.

Igen! A kristálygomba megfelelő gondozás mellett folyamatosan szaporodik. Az új gombát tovább adhatod, vagy megtartva növelheted az elkészített ital mennyiségét.

Tartalmaz alkoholt az ital?

A fermentálás során minimális mennyiségű alkohol keletkezik (0,5% alatt), hasonlóan a bolti kefírhez. Gyakorlatilag alkoholmentesnek tekinthető.
