Hogyan készítsd el a vízkefírt? – Lépésről lépésre

  1. Tegyél 1 liter szobahőmérsékletű, klórmentes vizet egy üvegedénybe.
  2. Adj hozzá 4-5 evőkanál cukrot és keverd el, amíg feloldódik.
  3. Tedd bele a kristálygombát, majd egy darab citromot és néhány aszalt gyümölcsöt (pl. mazsolát vagy aszalt fügét).
  4. Fedd le légáteresztő ronggyal és hagyd szobahőmérsékleten (20–25 °C) 48–72 órát fermentálódni.
  5. Szűrd le, töltsd palackba, és tedd hűtőbe. A kész italt 5 napon belül fogyaszd el.
  6. A gombát öblítsd át és kezdd újra a folyamatot.

    Prepare the mushroom

    Rinse the grains under cold running water, let them drain, then weigh them.

    Add water and ingredients to the jar

    Pour water into the jar. Add the measured sugar and stir well. Then add the raisins and the peeled lemon.

    Add the crystal mushroom

    Place the crystal mushroom into the jar and cover it with a clean cloth or a flat plate.

    Ferment & enjoy

    Let it sit for 48–72 hours, stirring once a day. Then strain the drink, squeeze in the lemon juice and bottle it. Refrigerate, let it cool down a little and it's ready to drink.
